Kibo Energy Plc and Termoeléctrica de Benga S.A. signed a joint venture agreement for the construction of a 150 MW clean coal-fired power plant in Benga, District of Moatize, Tete Province. They sought engineering and consultancy services for a definitive feasibility study for a 150 MW coal-fired power plant with the possibility to integrate a solar power field, including evaluation of its integration into the EdM grid, and the preparation of technical specifications and benchmarking for an EPC contract and O&M technical specifications for an O&M contract
